A 55 minute mat Pilates class. Each class will have a theme to explore, playing within the context of the classical mat Pilates tradition. No previous experience necessary.
Optional props include 1-3lb weights, resistance band, and a hand towel. A blanket or cushion may also be helpful for any seated moves. We will move between standing and the floor. Classes are open level, with progressive options for intensity.
Class is taught with music.
