Rachel McLean is a fully certified Pilates + Yoga teacher. She completed the Equinox Pilates Training Institute comprehensive program (450hr), Downward Dog Yoga (250hr), Yoga Detour (200hr), Body Harmonics Mat Pilates (115hr), Kula Yoga Project (75hr), Octopus Garden Mindfulness TT Program (50hr) and courses in Adaptive Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pre/Post Natal Yoga.
Rachel is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario with Red River ancestry, and resides in Tkaronto, the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinabeg, the Chipewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-wendat (Wyandot) peoples. This territory is part of ‘the Dish with One Spoon’ wampum, a Treaty made between the Anishinabe, Mississaugas, and Haudenosaunee, where nations entered into an agreement to protect the land and responsibly care for its resources in harmony together. Tkaronto is covered under Treaty #13 and the Williams Treaties.
